How to do it
Stand with your feet slightly wider than shoulder-width apart, ensuring that your hips are stacked over your knees and knees over ankles. Roll your shoulders back and down, away from your ears. Extend your arms straight out, parallel to the ground, with your palms facing down. Initiate the movement by inhaling and unlocking your hips, slightly pushing them back. Continue to send your hips backward as your knees begin to bend. As your buttocks start to stick out, maintain an upright position for your chest and shoulders, while keeping your back straight. Keep your head facing forward with your eyes looking straight ahead to maintain a neutral spine.
