How to do it
Lie face down on the floor and position your hands about 36 inches apart, holding your torso up at arm's length. Then, inhale as you lower yourself down until your chest nearly touches the floor. Exhale as you press your upper body back up to the starting position, engaging your chest muscles. After a brief pause at the top, you can repeat the downward motion for as many repetitions as desired.
