How to do it
Sit up straight with your back aligned. Maintain even breathing throughout the exercises. Engage your core by pulling your navel towards your spine, tightening the stomach. Relax your legs and bring your feet towards your torso, with your toes and feet stretching towards your knees. Extend your arms forward. On the exhale, gradually begin to lean forward, aiming to bend as far as possible. You can slightly bend your legs if needed. Slowly twist each vertebra, lowering your head between your hands towards your feet. Try to extend your hands as far forward as possible, reaching the top of your head forward. Return to the original position.
