How to do it
Stand up straight while holding a dumbbell in each hand, with your palms facing the sides of your legs. Position your legs with a shoulder-width stance, and slightly point your toes outwards. Keep your head up, maintaining a straight back throughout the exercise. This is your starting position. Slowly lower your torso by bending your knees while keeping a straight posture and your head up. Continue the descent until your thighs are parallel to the floor. Exhale as you raise your torso by pushing through the heels of your feet and straightening your legs, returning to the starting position.
