How to do it
Stand with your torso upright, holding two dumbbells in your hands by your sides. This will be your starting position. Take a step forward with your right leg, approximately 2 feet ahead of the stationary foot left behind. Lower your upper body down while keeping your torso upright and maintaining balance. Inhale as you descend. Be careful not to let your knee extend beyond your toes, as this can place unnecessary strain on the knee joint. Ensure that your front shin remains perpendicular to the ground. Using primarily the heel of your foot, push back up and return to the starting position as you exhale.
