How to do it
- The modified version is designed to help prepare your muscles for traditional push-ups.
- Stand facing a wall, about a step's distance away. Place your palms on the wall slightly wider than shoulder-width apart at chest level. Lift your heels and shift your body weight onto your hands, engaging your abdominal muscles.
- How to perform: Inhale as you bend your elbows to a right angle, lowering your body towards the wall. Exhale as you return to the starting position.
