How to do it
- This exercise targets the muscles of the abdomen and back while providing increased resistance for the triceps, pectoral, and deltoid muscles.
- Starting position: Assume a push-up position with your hands and feet on the floor. Place your hands slightly wider than shoulder-width apart at the level of your chest.
- How to perform: Engage your core and imagine drawing a circle with your torso. Shift your body weight onto one arm as you inhale, then lower yourself down while transferring the body weight onto the other arm. Exhale as you lift yourself back up. Repeat the movement on the other side.
