How to do it
Lie on your back and lift one leg vertically, keeping it straight. Point your toes towards the ceiling and slightly turn your heel inward. Relax your shoulders and upper back while keeping your arms by your sides. Bend the knee of your other leg, ensuring that the knee and bent leg remain in a neutral position. Engage your abdominal muscles to draw in your belly. Exhale as you begin the circular motion and inhale as you complete the circle. Use your foot to trace a circle on the ceiling, focusing on maintaining tension along the entire length of the leg and pointing through the toes. Gradually increase the size of the circles as you continue the exercise.
