How to do it
Stand up and take a deep breath. Pull your belly button towards your spine, and on the exhale, begin to twist your body downwards. Start by slowly lowering your head, followed by your shoulders, and continue twisting your torso. As you inhale, walk your hands forward along the floor until you can't go any further. On the exhale, perform three push-ups by bending your elbows, and on the inhale, straighten your arms. After the last push-up, walk your hands on the floor towards your feet while keeping your legs as straight as possible. On the exhale, begin to unwind your body and gradually stand up straight.
