How to do it
Standing in the Plank position, extend your arms shoulder-width apart and keep your feet straight. On the inhale, lift one leg straight up from the floor and hold it in that position. On the exhale, lower your leg back down. Then, switch legs and repeat the exercise. After completing the exercise, relax in Child's Pose.
