How to do it
Stand on your knees with a straight back. Extend your arms to the sides, keeping them straight. Then, place one hand on the floor with fingers pointing outward, while maintaining your balance. Hold this position. On the inhale, extend one leg forward without moving your torso. Place one hand behind your head. Lift your leg and perform 2 spring-like movements forward, keeping your toes pointed. On the exhale, extend your leg as far back as possible, keeping your toes straight.
