How to do it
In a seated position with a straight back, place your palms on the floor under your shoulders and extend your fingers forward. Lift your pelvis off the floor, creating a straight line with your extended legs. Keep your toes touching the floor and maintain a stable core. On the inhale, raise one leg as high as possible, keeping your lower back smooth. On the exhale, slowly lower your leg back to the floor. Switch legs, point your toes again, and lift your leg up while breathing in. Avoid bending your knees while performing this exercise.
