How to do it
The exercise should be performed slowly, without any sudden movements, and focus on proper breathing. Start by lying on your back with your legs extended up and arms by your sides. Lift your pelvis and legs up off the floor. As you inhale, begin to draw a half-circle with your legs to the right, and on the exhale, return to the center and lift the pelvis and legs up again. Then, on the inhale, draw a semicircle to the left, and on the exhale, lift your pelvis. Throughout the exercise, keep your neck, back, and shoulders completely still and relaxed. After completing the exercise, you can relax in child's pose.
