How to do it
Lying on your back, place your palms firmly on the floor. Engage your leg muscles, point your toes, and press your feet into the floor. As you inhale, lift your upper body and extend your arms. Avoid throwing your head back; instead, lengthen your neck by gently lifting it upwards. Keep your elbows close to your body. On the exhale, turn your head to the right. On the inhale, trace a half circle with your head and turn it to the left. On the exhale, bend your arms and lower them back down to the floor.
