How to do it
Lying on your back, bring your knees up to your chest and hold onto your legs behind the ankles. Bend your arms at the elbows, spreading them out to the sides. Lift your head and shoulders off the floor. On the exhale, extend one leg straight up towards the ceiling, gripping the ankle with both hands. Stretch the other leg forward. On the inhale, pull the extended leg towards your head, performing two springy movements. Keep the leg straight without bending the knee. On the exhale, switch legs without bending them. Repeat the movement, taking a breath during the first spring movement and exhaling during the second.
