How to do it
Lying on your stomach, place your head down on the floor. Position your hands behind your back and interlock your fingers, ensuring that your elbows reach the floor. If this is not comfortable, you can press your arms to the sides instead. From this position, take a deep breath in and pull your heels towards your buttocks three times. Then, exhale and stretch your arms, reaching towards your feet. While doing the second set of heel pulls, turn your head in the opposite direction. After that, stretch again. Make sure to keep your hips stable and avoid any unnecessary movement.
