How to do it
You should perform this exercise lying on your stomach. Place your hands under your shoulders, engage your core by pulling your belly towards your spine, and straighten your legs by squeezing your thighs together. Inhale as you lift your upper body off the floor, maintaining a straight line from your head to your feet, and exhale as you lower back down. Inhale to lift up again, and exhale to lower down. Perform the movements slowly and with control. Avoid changing the position of your head as you lift, keeping it aligned with your spine. Once you have completed the exercise, transition to an all-fours position and relax in the fetal position.
