How to do it
Lie on your back, preferably on a mat. Extend your arms flat along each side of your body and place the palms of your hands flat on the floor. Raise your legs straight up and keep your feet tightly together. Slowly spread your legs apart as wide as you comfortably can, maintaining straight legs throughout the movement. Hold this position for as long as you can, aiming for 5-15 seconds. Then, return to the starting position by bringing your legs back together.
