How to do it
Stand upright and place your hands on your hips. Position your legs shoulder-width apart and slightly turn your feet outward. Begin to bend your knees slowly until they reach a 45-degree angle. Keep your hands on your hips throughout the movement. Once you reach the lowest position, hold it for a few seconds, then gradually return to the starting position.
