How to do it
Position your feet wider than your shoulders, toes pointing outward, and lower yourself into a squat. Place your hands on your hips or hold dumbbells. This is known as the plie position. While maintaining this stance, lift one heel off the floor and then lower it. Repeat with the other heel. Alternate lifting your heels one at a time. Perform the movement smoothly, focusing on feeling the burn in your calves and thighs.
Run it with a timer
Every session, counted out loud.
