How to do it
Stand up straight and position your feet parallel to each other, slightly wider than your hips. Keep your back slightly arched in the lower back and bend your knees slightly. Take a step forward, maintaining a stable torso position with your center of gravity on the front leg. Lower your body onto your front foot, ensuring that the angle between your thigh and shin is straight, with the knee aligned with the foot. Rise up from the squat and take a step back with the front leg to return to the starting position.
