How to do it
Stand up in a side plank position, extending your right arm and balancing on your right foot. With caution and while maintaining balance, reach for your left big toe with your left hand. Bend your left leg at the knee and slowly raise it upward, gradually straightening it. Find your balance and, if possible, extend your leg and lift it as high as you can. Hold this position for 5 breaths. Carefully release your left foot, placing it back on the floor, and return to a seated position. Switch sides and repeat the exercise.
Run it with a timer
Every session, counted out loud.
