How to do it
Stand straight with your feet slightly wider than shoulder-width apart and toes slightly turned out. Ensure that your knees are aligned with the direction of your toes. Shift your weight onto one leg and take a diagonal step back with the other leg towards the supporting leg. Squat down by bending the knee of the working leg until the thigh is parallel to the floor. Return to the starting position by straightening the working leg and pushing through the heel.
