How to do it

  1. Your head should be facing forward. Do not look at your feet.
  2. Shoulders should be relaxed. Hands should be kept near the body at right angles, with the hands gathered in a loose fist.
  3. The body should be flat and slightly tilted forward, but at the expense of the hips, not at the expense of the shoulders.
  4. Legs should move as if in a circle. Push off with one leg, and the other should bend at the knee so that the shin is perpendicular to the floor. At the moment of foot landing, the middle of the foot should be directly under your knee.
  5. The feet are best placed down on the middle part of the foot to reduce the risk of injury.
  6. Check your condition while running. If you feel shortness of breath, pain in the side or heart, or a strong increase in heart rate, switch to a brisk walk. Also, do not stop abruptly after the end of the workout. Allow your heart rate and pulse to return to normal.
