How to do it
Grasp the pull-up bar with your palms facing down, maintaining a shoulder-width grip. Hang from the bar with straight arms while keeping your legs off the floor. Pull your bodyweight upward until your chin is slightly above the bar, utilizing your back and biceps to lift yourself. It may require some effort, but continue pulling until you have completed the lift. Lower yourself in a controlled manner until your arms are fully extended. This controlled descent helps to intensify muscle engagement and prepare for the next repetition.
