How to do it
- Starting Position:
- Set up a waist-high horizontal bar. Stand facing the bar, gripping it with palms facing you and hands slightly wider than shoulder-width. Keep heels on the ground.
- Movement:
- Hang from the bar, fully extending your arms. Pull your chest toward the bar by squeezing your shoulder blades together. Maintain a straight body from head to heels.
- Lowering Phase:
- Slowly lower your body back to the starting position, fully extending your arms.
- Tips:
- Keep a neutral spine. Control the movement to avoid strain. Adjust the difficulty by changing the angle of your body.
