One address, one person
There is no support department. Mail goes to the developer who writes the apps, which means an answer may take a few days and a bug report can actually turn into a fix.
What helps
- A wrong exercise, name or translation. The page URL is enough to find it. Translations are editable, so a correction in your language is genuinely useful.
- A bug in an app. Which app, which phone, and what you did before it went wrong. A screenshot beats a description.
- A missing exercise or workout. Say what it is and which muscles it works; the library is still growing.
- A broken image or a page that will not load. Paste the address.
Ratings and store reviews
A review is read, but it cannot be replied to properly and it cannot carry a screenshot. If something is broken, mail first — then the review can say whether it got fixed. The listings are on the App Store and Google Play.
What this is not
Nothing here is medical advice, and no message can be. If you have an injury, a condition or a doubt about whether an exercise is safe for you, ask a doctor or a physiotherapist rather than a developer — see the terms.
