Delete your account

This applies to accounts in the BeStronger apps published by ShvagerFM — all 26 of them are listed on the apps page. We are sorry to see you go, and we respect your decision.

You only have an account if you signed in. If you have never signed in, the app holds nothing about you on our servers — everything is on your device, and uninstalling the app removes it.

How to request deletion

There is no delete button in the app yet, so the request is made by email. It is read by the developer, not a support queue.

1. Send an email to shvagerfm@gmail.com.
2. Use Delete account as the subject.
3. In the message, give the name of the app you used and the email address of the account to delete.
4. Send it from that same email address if you can. It is how the request is confirmed as yours, and it avoids a round trip asking.

You will get a reply confirming the deletion. If you have not heard back within a few days, write again — mail does occasionally go astray.

What is deleted

Everything held against the account is removed:

• Your account itself — the email address and the sign-in record that identifies you.
• Workout history — the record of completed workouts, with their dates, durations, calorie estimates and repetitions.
• Program progress — which program and which level or day you had reached.
• Custom workouts and custom exercises you created.
• Your statistics — totals and streaks derived from that history.
• App settings synced to the account, such as timer and unit preferences.

What is never on our servers

• Heart rate. On Apple Watch the app reads heart rate from Apple Health to estimate calories, and that measurement is stripped from the record before anything is synced. It stays on your devices and is never part of your account.
• Anything from use without signing in. Purely local, and removed by uninstalling.
• Payments. Purchases are handled entirely by Apple and Google. We never receive or store card details, and deleting your account does not cancel a subscription — do that in the App Store or Google Play.

How long it takes, and what is kept

Your data is removed from our systems within 7 days of the request. We keep personal data only as long as it is needed for the purpose it was given, or as the law requires.

Nothing is retained after deletion other than what we are legally obliged to keep — and since no payment or billing records are held here, in practice that is nothing. The deletion cannot be undone, so export anything you want to keep first.
